Shipping Policy
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states where hemp-derived products are legal. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Yumz.shop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery speed.
We may offer free-shipping promotions from time to time—check our homepage or product pages for current offers.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Yumz.shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. You may also contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We’ll review your request and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Cancellations
We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately via our Contact Us page. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
